We’re thrilled to announce that planning permission has officially been granted for the construction of Landkey Mazzard Hall! This is a major milestone in our mission to bring a new community building as a modern, accessible, and sustainable space for our whole community.
Over the past few years, volunteers, residents, and stakeholders have worked hard behind the scenes to bring this vision to life. Securing planning permission is a huge step forward, allowing us to begin the next phase of the project with confidence.
The approved plans include a 481 square metre multi-use community building and an 82 square metre storage building. The development will ensure Landkey Mazzard Hall can continue to meet the evolving needs of Landkey for years to come.
This moment marks the start of an exciting new chapter. As we move forward, we’ll be focusing on detailed preparations, fundraising, and gathering further support from the community. There will be many opportunities to get involved – whether through volunteering, contributing ideas, or helping to raise funds.
